TERMS OF SERVICE:I will only make art for those over the age of 18.I will update as much as I can on the progress of your commission to make sure we are on the same page.My art style can be inconsistent as it is progressively changing and developing, if you ask me to recreate a certain style from one of my art pieces, I cannot guarantee that it will be EXACTLY the same.Payments are to be made UPFRONT. A Half payment policy is implemented with my work. Before I begin working on a sketch of the artwork, I must receive half of the payment and then the second half after approval of the sketch.TURNAROUND TIMES:Turnaround times will be given once the payments are arranged and confirmed.If any issues come up (health, outside circumstances, events, etc...) I will notify immediately and re-arrange to suit the turnaround time.PAYMENT:Please make sure all prices are equated to AUD.All payments are to be made through PayPal in AUD.Refunds can be made ONLY early in the process of the artwork or in case of EMERGENCY, meaning that if I am nearly complete, or already more than halfway finished with the piece, I will NOT accept refunds.REFERENCES FOR ART:Please provide as much reference for your artwork as possible. Images and sketches are acceptable forms of reference. However, I will NOT accept tracing over another artist's image as a commission.Please provide flat colour turnarounds as it is difficult to work with fully shaded art and thus, will be refused if provided.WARNING:I retain the rights of the original artworks I create and the finished commission will not be used for anything other than personal use.DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE OR WATERMARK FROM THE ARTWORK.All artworks that have been commissioned are for NON-COMMERCIAL use only, meaning no merchandising, reprinting, or redistributing as it is PROHIBITED.You are not to use my art for things such as: AI, NFT's or re-selling.I will refuse to work on comms if the topic or scenario is not in my qualifications or acceptable.Anything demoralising or troubling will be refused as well.Do NOT trace over my artwork or reference it, commercial re-selling of my art will NOT tolerated.Do NOT alter my artwork without MY consent or permission.PLEASE credit me as the original artist when uploading as a PFP, banner and anything alike onto any website or social media platform.If you trace over the artwork, claim it as your own, re-sell it without permission, incite harassment, are tied in any way to any hateful organisations or views, impersonating me or my work, you will be BANNED and BLACKLISTED.
What I WON'T draw:CP, incest, pedophilia, scat, piss play, diapers, cubs, blood and gore, necrophilia, race-play, age-play, murder, vore, any real-life figure.
What I WILL draw:Pretty much everything else. Both SFW and NSFW.I DO NOT SUPPORT AI AND NFT'S BEING USED FOR ANY OF MY WORK.
